Armando Juarez has been the owner, the operator, and the fixer. In that order.
Most consultants learned business from books and other consultants. Armando learned it running operations with thousands of employees — then spent years fixing companies for a living. That difference shows up in the first hour of discovery.
The operator years
Armando's business education started at age nine — with a guppy fish farm he built into his first venture. It continued through Business Administration and Marketing at USC, then corporate roles at Citibank and Warner Bros.
The defining chapter came when his parents needed help with their vacation rental business in Mexico. Armando moved, took over an 11-property operation, and over seven years grew it into more than 400 luxury rentals across Caribbean destinations with over 2,500 employees. Every problem you're living right now — hiring at speed, quality control at scale, cash management, systems that break at each new size — he has personally owned.
The consulting years
Owners kept asking him for help. He took it seriously: formal training and accreditation as a small business consultant through a national consulting association, then years inside a large national consulting firm working with hundreds of companies across the country — startups, turnarounds, growth plans, successions, and exits.
Dallas, by choice
Armando relocated to Dallas in 2021, where his first major project was consulting for the North Texas Tollway Authority. He joined SCORE Dallas as a volunteer business mentor — earning Certified Business Mentor status and serving as Director of Donor Relations. In 2025, he was recognized among the top 1% of consultants, with over 300 companies served.
His mission hasn't changed since the first owner asked for help: build companies that are purposeful, profitable, and capable of running without constant oversight.

How we show up in your business
- Meet people where they are. Deep listening first — your team's trust is the raw material of every turnaround.
- Do the right thing. Integrity over invoices. If we're not the right fit, you'll hear it in the first conversation.
- Treat the problem, not the symptom. Root causes, priced in dollars, fixed in sequence.
- Create better, together. Solutions co-built with your people survive after the consultant leaves.
